Why BJP is more focusing on Telangana

 The BJP high command is focusing quite more extensively on Telangana than before they did. They are now using their complete power to pull the incumbent government by any means. The recent happenings we can notice are

1) IT raids on mallareddy

2) Kavitha Liquor scam

3) IT raids on Gangula Kamalakar.

On top of the above points, the BJP supreme leaders like Modi, JP Nadda, and Amit Shah are actively participating in the events conducted by the BJP in Telangana. In fact, Mr. Modi visited more than 5 times in Telangana in 2022. They conducted their BJP national executive meeting in Hyderabad leaving their ruling states like Karnataka or even Uttar Pradesh.

So, what's driving them to focus on Telangana, and why they are succeeding without much effort.

The main answer to this question is

Anti-incumbency on KCR

As we are seeing in the present ruling BRS government, Telangana voters actually fed people up and are eagerly waiting to change the government as soon as possible. The reasons could be numerous but one thing that remains common is the perception that was changed. Most MLAs are facing corruption claims which in turn makes the BRS party weak. 

Alternative to the ruling BRS

The Telangana congress party is not at a stage to give a tough fight in the upcoming assembly election. internal clashes and leadership gains are highly affecting the party in itself. So, the alternative to look for the BRS party is the BJP without a doubt. 

The BJP is not likely to miss this chance by not taking full gain without much effort. They just need to showcase as the only alternative to BRS in Telangana after the Congress party.
