well, procrastination is a habit that delaying things and postponing something. Procrastination is a bad habit that will make you even worst.
Here are some things to do, to overcome it
1) Do work at that particular time only
Always to things at that particular time.
2) Make a to-do list
When you wake up in the morning, make a to-do list that what things should be done on that day. so, that you can easily figure out what to be done at a particular time.
3) Think bigger or make things bigger
Always think bigger than average, so that you can always be busy with that work.
