Article 370 was drawn from part 21 of the Indian constitution. It levies special provisions and rules to Jammu and Kashmir. The presidential order was issued in 1952, after merging with India. under clause 70 of the instrument of accession signed by "Maharaj Hari Singh". Jammu and Kashmir have special provisions that it has its own citizenship, property rights to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

    Jammu and Kashmir shares boundary with Pakistan, China, and Afghanistan. India has many allegations with Pakistan and China over land disputes. Even the highest battlefield "Siachen glacier"

was located in Jammu and Kashmir which is part of India. Jammu and Kashmir have two main known cities, one in Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir. And geographically the Jammu and Kashmir are covered with mountains full of snow.

 so, India has many positive implications with mountains.

1)mountains can stop entering terrorists in the Indian province

2)many rivers flow from the mountains by melting glaciers

3) some cold wind can be resisted 

The major perennial rivers are Indus, Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, Sutlej, Beas

But on 05 august 2019, Home minister AmitShah introduced a major bill called "Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill' in the Rajya sabha to convert the Jammu and Kashmir state into two union territories. The Rajya sabha got 125 votes in favour and the Loksabha got 370 members.0n On 31st October the two UT's came in made into overall 8.
